Day 3, and all is still going well! As soon as we got home they had to check for more crystals on their rock candy. A few small ones, but they are hopeful it will get better in another day. After snack, tonights activity was making our own liquid soap with soap berries. We discovered they smell a bit odd when cooking, but the soap was fine, especially after we added some essential oils. After dinner I actually convinced them to play a board game instead of more Mariokart (yay Mom!). Later, while the boys got ready for bed, Sofia and I worked on our special girls only jewelry project. Then she even had a few minutes left for perler beads before bedtime.
