Day 3 consisted of 30 squats and still fighting with some internal issues of feeling worthy of losing what Ive put on. Day 4 I have my 35 squats done, and I have decided that I am going to cut out refined sugar completely. I have to sit down and really work on implementing my goals and how Im going to get there, and my back up plan when and if something fails, so I have something to fall back on. Pain wise, my muscles ache and my bones hurt. Cognitively speaking, I am okay, Im not at my best and definitely not at my worst. I am really foggy this morning but that will change as the day goes on. I believe this may be the first year that I combat pain with a low impact exercise. I have my order in for a brand new program for me, and if it works you will hear more about it. ~Eat mindfully not mindlessly~
