Day 3 e84 Challenge: No workout today, but had a full day with Evolv and seeing my wonderful Michelle Teague!! Sooooooo happy now :) And then had some detoxing headaches and yuckiness going on since I started my oil pulling again...just gotta keep it up this time..sooooo many amazing health benefits! And then was humbled that no matter how difficult or what trials we could be going through, it could always be worse, so much worse...I get so frustrated that I cant physically do what my mind and I want to do and at the pace and level I want, since I was a teenager and into my early twenties...and gets sores as I get older due to genetic issues...but I am so thankful and blessed that I can still do, just have to be creative :) I cant imagine going through any of lifes trials and tribulations without my relationship with my Heavenly Father and strength coming from my Him...its the only reason I can have peace and the strength to continue, and yet so many people do not have this assurance in their lives...and so I am thankful and blessed to have trials that pull me closer to Him and friends and family who are such amazing support and prayer worries!!
