Day 3 of #365tochange and its about Building Momentum. Momentum is established by setting small achievable targets and accomplishing them. Each time we accomplish something there is a huge sense of accomplishment leading to more small achievements eventually leading to huge results. Yesterday as I road up Sonoma Mountain on the climb I only made it by setting my sights on the next tree, then the next marker and the next and eventually I was at the summit. Looking at the summit would have led me to give up. I was dying by step by step I made it. Dave Ramsey uses this technique to help you pay off debt. Starting with the smallest and snowballing. What small Goals can you set that will create momentum. It can be as simple as 5 minutes a day of meditation. #selflove #hope #love #mathewfreemanfitness #1yearselfdiscovery #growth #God
