Day 30 of Gratitude - oh, how sad I am to say goodbye to November. - TopicsExpress

Day 30 of Gratitude - oh, how sad I am to say goodbye to November. Its my favorite month - full of so many good things. Celebration of abundance - four delicious days off to celebrate togetherness. Football and hockey. Cooler weather. So much focus on being thankful. Good food. Anticipation of yet more holidays and the New Year. I celebrate all 30 days of November by being present to what Im grateful for... And it is sure not because my life is perfect. Life isnt about unicorns and rainbows and perfect days... Ive known my fair share of pain, loss and struggle. But Im also so grateful for having learned that our suffering is our choice - I have chosen to suffer - sometimes multiple times in a given day... And probably more than I care to admit. But more than choosing to suffer, Ive chosen to be happy. And November raises the happiness quotient because of my intent focus on gratitude. Im ending the month being grateful for much.,, Im grateful for having learned the lesson to care more about the people inside the vessel than the way the vessel looks to others (not sure who posted something like that once - Maybe Randall Alford). It stuck with me. Im grateful for knowing that no material gifts can replace the TIME and LOVE you share with another. Im grateful for knowing that good nutrition and self love really changes the way you feel. The way you look. The way you move, sleep and behave. And Im grateful that for all of the pain and suffering in this world, all I have to do is reach out my hand - Ill find someone who will love me, or who needs faith, hope, compassion, forgiveness or love... And the greatest of these is definitely love. ❤️❤️❤️ Im grateful for being made whole by my faith. For being surrounded by such talented and inspiring people, rich not by what they have - but entirely by what they do for others. Its such a sweet life. Be blessed, by being a blessing! Xoxo.
