Day 33: August 11 2014 Wow, has it really been 33 days since we first started this journey in Atlanta? Time flies when you have fun right!?! Ha! Well, I know yall are waiting for something from us, so I will make a quick update....we got up at 430 this morning ready to kick this in the rear once again! Headed out around 5am, run through some traffic so put us a little late getting to the hospital. We mainly waited a long time everywhere we went. The most aggravating wait was for the picc line to be placed again...we ran over here a little late of our appt, cause dr arellanos office kept us a little late. We waited over 4 hours to get started though! Jonathan cant eat 4 hours prior to it, cause of being sedated, so it was around 7 since he last ate, me too of course) and we finally got him in and out in prolly 5-6 hours total. yeahhhh. They said they was busy. Hospitals are never in a hurry. Jonathan is tired and ill! lol So finally got up to our room 745-8 (which has a nice view on the same side as last time, but its a awful one inside, faucet drip, hear all the flushes, air conditioners on this end and much much more lol). So now we are settled in, fixing to finally get some sleep. Originally said on this update that chemo wont start till tomorrow sometime, but nurse came in and said we will start it tonight. (May be after midnight who knows)So thanks for the prayers and we will update more tomorrow. Much Love!
