Day 33 of this inner journey with astounding outer results. GAPS stands for Gut And Psychology Syndrome and I dont quite know me any more, from the vanishing pains in my body, to my vanishing body, the changes of heart in my mind - I wonder who will emerge from inside me in 2015. Happily tucked into gunge for breakfast with garlic and sauerkraut (no pork rimmings calamary!) finished off the Christmas tabbuleh and I wonder whats for dinner. Loving this time with Angela Mammarella to just chill out, clear things up, laugh, love and make space for life to provide the best of the best. Few good client Skypes here and there (a nice bunch of people at a similar stage in their transformation), not looked at emails much and not sure I want to do many more any more. I look forward to getting up earlier, more dynamic structure and routine, plus a couple of juicy new projects to get my teeth into with clients on a similar business buzz.
