Day 332 Wake Up!!!!!! (and if you did, you have so much to be Thankful for!!!!! Well here is one of those test days. Pace yourself.... try it all.... small doses.... and then rest! Pace yourself on the cardio Try other cardio Small doses of weights at high reps And then wash it down with water and rest! Just Kidding!!!!!! Enjoy your families and the food!!!! You have earned it!!!!! But remember: Nothing Fried Water Only Cardio Daily Nothing Late Gym Time!!!! (Tucks Gym this morning Tradition)
