Day +34 Things continue to go well for Julian. I may not update daily now, as things are hopefully going to be a bit less eventful. Julian has been to the clinic the past two days. Yesterday he got fluids, because his kidney functions were a little elevated. They want him to drink more, but that is tricky, because he still vomits if he gets too much. Water seems to be staying down better, but milk is still questionable. All of Julians counts are looking great! His platelets are even only slightly below normal now. Today Julian only had a lab appointment to check a med level. He takes a myriad of meds, some of which have to have periodic checks of the level to ensure that they are in the therapeutic range. Julian love the Ronald McDonald House. Last night he got to play in a bounce house and tonight we played BINGO. There are activities daily, and Julian can participate as long as he wears his mask, which he does willingly. It is amazing how busy the days are between clinic appointments, meds, hooking up TPN, and hooking up Julians other IV med. Still, the freedom is so nice, and we get time for some fun too. We are so very thankful for Julians progress and continue to look to the Lord for His healing and protection of Julian during this very vulnerable time. Good night to all! The Andrews
