Day #4 - Nicks Tunes - Guilty Pleasures AC-DC - For me the best rock song ever written!! A band that have somehow, for many years, managed to walk a fine line between musical genius and cheese!! There are no better riffs on the planet! At 4 years old, this was Sofias favourite song! Honestly! She used to dance around in her carseat. When the first chords started she would say... Guitar!..... Now drums!!.... Now.....man with the funny voice!!! I kid you not! I remember when her nursery school teacher (at a pretty strict Catholic School) told me that Sofia had such a passion for music, at such an early age, and asked me why that was..... I told her that Sofia and I sang along to Highway to Hell in the car! The look on her face will stay with me forever!! I dont think she truly knew who AC-DC were, but the title was enough to turn her apoplectic! Teacher - Do...you...ahem...think...that is entirely appropriate!!! Me - Er....well...she also likes You Shook me All Night Long!, but the earlier stuff is so much better!
