Day 4 Fitness: While Nutrition may be 80% of your results, because you cant out train a bad diet, Fitness is still truly important. It can literally be the fountain of youth and vastly improve your quality of life. How many people get winded climbing a flight of stairs, find themselves exhausted chasing after the kids or ever get that Im getting Old feeling when attempting an activity? There is really no reason for it. Helio Gracie, founder of Gracie Jiu Jitsu was on the mats sparring 2 days before he died at 97 yrs old! Why? Proper nutrition and a lifestyle of daily fitness activity. Fitness is also a proven stress reliever producing feel good endorphins. If the above isnt enough, it increases energy levels thereby boosting your metabolism. That last one is super important as you age. Beyond the above, fitness activities also serve another purpose. To quote Shaun T. Why is it I do what I do? Because I want to look GOOD. Personally I have to say this works! All weekend long people thought I was 20 and WITH my daughter instead of being her Father at 36 yrs old.
