Day #4: STANDARD Program: 40 second plank ADVANCED Program: 1:30 minute plank Just a quickie note about proper form: You want to have your core fully engaged and focus on squeezing your butt during the hold. A good rule of thumb is to flex our core as if you are about to be punched in the stomach.:) If you just cant hold any longer, drop for a 3-count and then pop right back up! You can do this!! ***COMMENT or LIKE after youve nailed Day #4!!***
