Day 4: We missed a day due to lack of WIFI. We played a show at a biker bar that had a huge 80s sound system and a karaoke opener. Mike, the man in charge of the karaoke, was awesome and kept wearing big fake beards and dancing like a wild banshee throughout the bar as his customers sang Aerosmith and Adele. He would frequently put on a mask of Mike Wazowskis face from Monsters Inc and slam the tables and poles with his tambourine. We played the show and now have probably done irreversible damage to our eardrums. We left right after the show and drove through Montana, nearly missing an elk on a curvy mountain road. Tony drove and I threw my finished apples at speed limit signs while Roger and Boyd slowly drifted off to sleep in the back of the van. We woke up in a parking lot and I wasnt sure if my legs worked anymore. We are now driving through beautiful hills in Washington with the Cascade Mountains on the horizon, all equally as excited to move out here in the fall. Its finally Friday (was) and my birthday is coming up, and were using this trip as my official band bachelor party. So its safe to expect an interesting story tomorrow.
