Day 4 and Ive been mixing it up. Moderate activity today. Breakfast: porridge with ground omega seed mix, half a grated apple & cinnamon Activity: taught 45 minute fitness yoga & Pilates class. Taught 45 minute willPower & grace (barefoot training class) Pumpkin seed & super green protein shake on the way home. Lunch: spinach, tomatoes, avocado, spring onions, bio dynamic eggs poached, smoked salmon. Pre pt session snack: 2 x buckwheat cakes with pepper hummus Activity: jog to pt venue as no bus for 15 minutes Dinner: chicken, Aubergine & courgette curry with brown rice. Still hungry so...Coconut, vanilla & chia seed protein muffin :)
