Day 4: (#glutenfree) BREAKFAST: 1 tb peanut butter Vi shake, 2 cups of coffee LUNCH: Quinoa with Black Beans, corn, chicken and tomato SNACK: Chicken breast dipped in Hummus, 2 cups of green tea DINNER: 3 cups lettuce, 4 oz chicken breast, 1 tbs corn, 1/2 an avocado, 1 roma tomato, no dressing AFTER WORKOUT: 1 tb peanut butter Vi shake, 1 gluten free peanut butter cookie Workouts: #2aday Tabata this morning 45 mins, and 3 mile run tonight. burned 760 calories.
