Day 4 of Chat du Jour or Cat of the Day-- now it is turn for PRINCESS ! She was a Pet Smart kitty that Zack and I just happen to fall in love with! (We didnt even tell Dad- we just adopted her and surprised him!) She had three kittens that were all a dark solid and someone had literally dropped her and her babies off at the door of Pet Smart! She is 1/2 Himalayan and 1/2 Siamese and man does the Siamese part come out! She is in many ways the prettiest of all our cats but she is the one with the worst disposition. She often says Dont hate me because Im gorgeous! She never played like a kitten - Me, roll a ball? Me play with another cat? You must be kidding! And if one of the others comes near her she is defensive of the air she breathes! BUT- if you come to our house- WHO do you think comes to greet you and put on an affectionate show? Yep....she is so pretty and her beautiful blue eyes guarantee her a home at the Folgers! However, lately with our new kitty Tater Tot she has shown motherly instincts that are really surprising us! We have thought we needed to take her to the vet over the recent activity of being affectionate to the Tater! Princess was the name Pet Smart gave her and although thats not a name we would have likely picked we kept it when we learned her personality! Gotta love her,,she is GORGEOUS! (Just ask her!)
