Day 4 of Gratitude: 1) The ability to exercise/dance/fight etc. I was able to have a great work out doing Muay Thai and Dance today, two things that I love dearly, and I am just thankful that my ligaments and muscles are healthy and cooperating 2) Chocolate. because being a woman without it would be devastating. 3) Coconut oil. my skin, my hair, and my insides are rejoicing. I nominate Christopher Bearden Terrance Myers & Israel Powe to share 3 things they are thankful for, for 5 days :)
