Day 4 of #NewYearNewShape is Wide Angle Walk Outs w/ Push Up or the pose is Wide Angle Forward Fold From an upright wide legged stance, toes pointing forward, hinge forward at the hips till the hands touch the ground. Walk the hands all the way out till you are in a wide leg plank position and do a push up. Walk the hands all the way back until the hips are over the ankles and come all the way up to standing. Your core should be tight all the way! This will target your core, chest and glutes. You don’t have to do the push up if you aren’t feeling up to it. When you come all the way up to standing use you hamstrings and gluten to bring you upright and “crack that walnut” or squeeze the glutes to give your butt an extra workout! ;) Remember to breathe during your exercises as well. Do 10 reps for 3 sets to really feel the burn!!
