Day 4 of The Big Juice Spring Clean 2014! I have decided to do a cheeky Day 6 video (results day) so tomorrows will not be the last. There are many ways you can follow on from the 5 day juice detox and I will be covering them all in the Day 5 video tomorrow. Many are choosing to do a 7 day extender making it a 12 day full juice detox. If you do the 7lbs in 7days programme straight after, the results will blow you away. If you think how good you are starting to feel on just a 5 day juice detox, its nothing compared to a full 12 days. The vast majority, however, will be eating on Saturday and if thats you, please make a point of watching tomorrows video as its important you break your juice detox the right way.
