Day 4 of nightshade poisoning. The funny thing about, being alive i guess, is the immediate interconnectedness of everything. Memory, history, choice, pattern. You know Ive gone through this cycle before, so many times, yet each time reveals a new layer of brutal truth. Reality destroys fantasy, even as fantasy continues to hold on to itself: i am real important dammit! But its not. I think we confuse hope and fantasy a lot. I think that there can be a more realistic hope, rather than this fantastical hope that keeps us locked in our own personal gilded cages. But there are sacrifices, many of which wouldnt be sacrificed willingly. We tend to fear what we may lose, rather than be curious about what we might learn. I wouldnt recommend the pain path if one has a nice, safe, pleasurable life already. But then again, i dont think we get to consciously choose it. Nature chooses it for us, and we go down it how we go down it. Why would nature do this to us? For us? Well, just because, just because, someone has to. Its a necessary part of the ecosystem. Also, resistance, friction, generates energy.
