Day 4 of our #100daysofPressingPlay and it was back to tabata power. Changing to Max 30 from PiYo has been such a drastic change for me. Its giving me a heart for the frustration and whole body suffering new challengers go through. When I started with t25 two years ago I pushed hard for the first few weeks then started giving in to defeat a bit because I hadnt made much progress. When I finally got serious about changing how much I ate and going back to a fasting after dinner I lost 6lbs in one week. I had that same experience again last month, like de javu....and I am always trying to have amnesia about how HUGE of a role food has in my ability to reach or maintain my goals. I have to be serious about being mindful of what I eat or ALL of these workouts jumping around are an exercise in futility. Getting to that place where I can say I want to lose another few pounds and say no to the foods I know will keep me from my goals is no simple easy snap decision. Its a mind battle. And Im so glad I dont have to do it alone. So thankful for the support of my team!!!
