Day 4 on my 12 week health transformation and I Start my day @ 5 am as usual ... I noticed this morning was different from normal ... I was Tired?! Usually when 6:00 rolls around its gym time ... Well not today! I fell back asleep on the couch for another hour and woke up NON MOTIVATED to do anything (yes I have those days, Im human) So instead of making a excuse of not going to the gym I said Hannah STOP. CHALLENGE. CHOOSE. ✔️STOP. ( whats your goals for these next 12 weeks to accomplish with fitness ) Answer: consistency and routine ✔️CHALLENGE. (Is this getting you closer to that goal ,do you want it sooner or later to see results , tomorrow will make you a day later) Answer: Today! ✔️CHOOSE. Wiping the sleepies out of my eyes and getting all my yawns out of the way .. I arrived at my destiny . And this is what I saw.......
