Day 5 {FINAL} PiYo Move of the Day PiYo Flip *Start in plank (on knees to modify) *Bend one leg, keeping knees together *Drop bent leg foot behind other leg, going into SIDE PLANK *Keeping hips lifted, turn body over so front side faces up *Reach back with arm (same side as bent leg) *Carefully return to plank *Repeat other side Continue alternating sides for 30-45 secs 3 sets for TOTAL body STRENGTHENING and LENGTHENING Dont forget to SMILE :) My Rising Phoenix Nation Coaching Team and I are doing a 5 Day {PUBLIC} PiYo Move of the Day Challenge!
