Day 5. I am thankful for my weight loss surgery. I glad I have this tool to help me. It is something that I needed. I tried everything I either got discouraged and gave up because it did not work, it become to expensive, or all the stalls. I needed this tool because now when I stall I cannot give up. I was one the verge of becoming very sick with diabetes, and movement issues. My team, and I saved my life. Oh it is not easy because yes I can regain after 2 years out and you have to work hard to maintain your weight.
