Day 5 Pushups DONE. Your turn. Today I did a pushup with a rotation. This variation is great for working the core and individual arm strength. It also improves coordination and balance. It can be done on an incline to lessen the intensity ( like against a wall, or with hands on a countertop), or from the knees IF you really have to do it this way (boo, hiss). As you can see, Russ and I were out on a trail this morning. We hiked for 90 minutes, and in between, I threw in some pushups for the fun of it cause thats what I do! I did 80 in total, and broke it up into 4 sets of 20 (10 regular/10 with a rotation). Oh yeah, I also threw in a 2 minute plank as well as a couple dozen burpees for good measure :-)
