Day 5: So overwhelmingly thankful for Richard L. Alford! There are not enough words to even express how much I love this man and how much of an impact he has had and continues to have on my life. Thankful that he raised me with a knowledge and understanding of the Word of God that most children dont have. He truly worked by the sweat of his brow to try and provide for his children!!! There are two scriptures that I know he believed in. :) The first one being... Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. The second scripture is... Proverbs 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. He definitely followed these scriptures along with many more. ;) I love and Im thankful God chose him to be my dad.
