Day 5...Tabata Power...maxed out at 25:22...may sound impressive but theres a story behind it! I find Tabata Power is all push exercises (push ups and Tricep dips) which is great and I love the challenge. When I did this workout on Tues, I think I maxed out at 15 min. But the personal trainer in me doesnt want to be doing push exercises for 60 days. So when I repeated Tabata Power today, I traded the push exercises with pull exercises. So when Shaun T was doing push ups, I did barbell back rows. When he did tricep dips, I did bicep curls. Anyway, I just wanted to explain that! As you can see in the video, the scissor punches almost had me!! KILLER!! What ever your goals are, keep pushing!!
