Day 5: #YouCanDoYoga challenge. (Yay I got the day right.) plank. Yeah you will do these with me too in a class. These are another heat builder. This is a total body work out. Its a great core builder. There will be days when this is harder than others so there is no shame in a little modification on those days you need it. From high lunge step your other foot back. You want your wrist under your shoulders. And you are as long as you are tall. Reach from the heels all the way through the crown of your head. Dont let that head stop playing along. I see a lot of heads drop in this one. Bum is below your shoulders but not below your knees. Think of a nice slope. Highest point your head; lowest point your feet.
