Day +53 Julian had a clinic visit again today. His blood counts continue to look awesome! We are so very grateful to be able to give excellent reports! He is my turkey again in so many ways! He has been gobbling for a couple of weeks again, and it happens more and more often. One big hurdle that remains is eating. He is still really struggling with this. He wants to eat and tries to, but things dont taste right, and he rarely takes more than a few bites. They may try to wean him off TPN and start feeds through his tube instead. That is not really my preference, as he really dislikes having his meds pushed through. Please pray that his interest and ability to eat picks up soon. Still, this is a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. Please also pray for continued health and healing for Julian. Day 60 and day 100 are coming up, both of which are big days for him.
