Day 53 and this GAPS diet is one of the best things thats ever happened to me https://youtube/watch?v=8FT5QF4JZUA I weighed in at 9.10 1/4 stone / 61.9kg / 136.4lb while Skyping with my personal trainer Alex Beard who reassured me that I could never be a small man because Ive got broad shoulders and a big chest. My big chest was a godsend as its held my t-shirt over my wee belly and no one knew any different. Ive recently got into the habit of tucking my shirt into my trousers (like a grown-up!) and remembered that the shirt-out look began a long time ago to hide the spare type - with a little help from my trusty chest. I forgot all about that and it turned into my smart-casual / comfortable look. Such is the tip of my BDD ice-burg! Muscle weighs more than fat and from totally disowning my body for most of my life, to now getting to know it and wondering what it will do next; Im excited to begin my weekly PT sessions with Alex again. (I was too tired for the gym this morning - I needed the sleep before back-to-back clients.) Maybe I could do before & after shots for Alexs publicity!! No issues there these days, where when I lived in Sydney, Fiji and did the jet-set island-hopping thing around the hot parts of the globe I barely took my top off! I did have my minor deformity in those days until I turned 30 and it corrected itself. Minestrone, stock, cucumber, lettuce, tuna with chopped onion and Angela Mammarella-DCruz has just rustled up some lettuce boats with avocado, chopped red onion, raw salmon and sauerkraut for me to tuck into after pressing POST. ..oh and two coffees! Ill miss the food for the gods raw sour-cream!
