Day 57: 3 days since lab band surgery. Down 21 lbs since 5/5 (6+ since the surgery on Weds). I slept better last night, but not great. The pain from the sutures is starting to go away and my throat is feeling better also. Today, I am going to get out of the house for a little bit this afternoon. What really is amazing is how I am just not hungry at all. My stomach growls from time to time, but it really isnt a big deal. I am getting my protein mostly from protein shakes and the rest of my nutrients from vitamins right now. 4 more days of the liquid diet before I move over to baby food and my shakes.
