Our community is having so much fun with the the best paint in the world - Chalkpaint™ decorative paint by Annie Sloan. Chateau Grey is a definite favorite! We love its soft earthy feel. Annie describes this color as an elegant greyed green color that is found in French wood work. Chateau Grey compliments well with so many other colors, we especially love it with Aubusson Blue. We gave this chair a pop of color with 2 coats Aubusson Blue then a wash of chateau grey, finished with the clear wax. And at our store we love color! Experimenting with the range of colors is a wonderful experience and is definitely enjoyed during our workshops.This clock turned out to have a somewhat oxidized look with a coat of Chateau Grey being applied and then dry rubbed. However it is the range of colors that fascinates us and it is easy to see that the possibilities are endless. We are looking forward to seeing all of your projects in this color.
