Day 6- Touch Feeling comfortable with touch took a long time, ask my family! Now Eleanor goes to almost anyone in the family and is learning how to play with her own toy baby. We practice how to give kisses and rock and feed baby. Until recently she would have not even let a toy close to her face. Nora has always had her own personal bubble and she preferred that no one come inside that bubble unless you were mom or dad. She never liked spoon feeding among many things and still fights a tooth brush. She is lucky enough to have many supporters and great therapists to have helped her oversome aversions to touch and trust. We are still practicing in the bath, that seems to be our safe therapy zone! She is willing to try more with water play so roll with it, right? #preemiepower
