Day 6, feeling great after a long sleep and still on the diet, adding in more fats and protein now too. Had a good feed last night and felt so much better for it. No gym today or tomorrow, resting up, got to listen to your body and apply rest days as needed. Today is still low carb, tomorrow will be carb up day, but will be clean carbs, brown rice, oats etc, no crap processed foods. Do a real weigh in today..........
