Day 6 my foot & leg had been in an elevated position only 2 more days in bed to go. Almost ready to practice using crutches but depending on how my shoulder feels. I wont be able to crawl around for sure because my knees are still a bit swollen & still painful when I put pressure on them. I cant even crawl on my bed. I assumed I was only going to be wearing this cast 2 weeks tops but I dont even qualify for an assessment on my ankle until 2.5 more weeks. Slowly but surely in recovery. Feeling pretty good today just need a shower to freshen up, now waiting patiently for personal nurse Lucia Rose Stevens. Wish I could of went to church but thank God for Mass for Shut Ins and Spiritual Communion. Drive carefully due to freezing rain warning for today & Have a great day folks! :)
