Day 6 of Healthy Holiday Cheer - Im SOOOO excited to share these two stories with you! THIS is why I do what I do! I went to a coaching retreat and met Craig Chapman - he and his cute wife have the BEST health story. I love it when clients on this program lose weight, but I really LLOOOVVVVEEEEE it when they get healthy! Because of this program, Craig and his wife will enjoy life a LOT longer! ;) Here are their stories (do these resonate with any of you?) Craig: I have been married for almost 35 years. In that time, I had gained over 100 pounds. I was already on medication because of my weight, struggling to put on my socks and having a harder and harder time fitting into restaurant booths. The problem was, I had already tried almost every diet known to man and had no idea what to do next. That is when my daughter introduced me to a health coach that put me on a program, which has changed my life. I have lost 100 pounds in a little over 7 months. I went from wearing size 44 waist pants and 2x shirts to size 32-34 pants and medium to large shirts. I am no longer on high blood pressure medication and I can honestly say I feel better in my 50’s than I did in my 40’s. Debbie (in Craigs words): Debbie and I have been married for almost 35 years. We ran off to Vegas when she was 18 years old and I was 20. We pretty much do everything together. We gain weight together, we lose weight together, and we gain the weight back together. Our lives have been a yoyo! Then our daughter referred us to a health coach who actually taught us healthy habits to live by. And oh what a difference seven months makes. Recently my wife tried on clothes from Express, a store that never carried her size. I thought Id now share with you the results of that adventure! The picture on the left was taken on July 4, 2013 and the one on the right is a recent photo. Debbie has lost 70 pounds in 7 months! She has gone from a size 16 to 6 pants and has lost 43 inches total so far. She is now confident and has a lot to smile about. And yes, she’s been having fun replacing her entire wardrobe!
