Day 6 of #TheStrengthOfYoga is Plank Pikes or as Stephanie calls them, Planks on crack These are a fun (well fun to me) exercise to really activate your core and prep for any arm balance or inversion. If you are on carpet I suggest using sliders or if you are on hardwood floor use a towel or blanket. Starting off in a plank position, core is strong and tight, back is flat. Using your core, lift your hips up as you draw your feet towards your chest. Then extend back out into plank slowly. Do 10-15 reps for 3 rounds Make sure your core is strong and your back and hips don’t dip. Check in with @stephanie_du_pont_yoga for tomorrows final yoga pose for this week!
