An excerpt: In our devotional passage for today, God talks about the INDELIBLE MARKS the people of God have had upon His life. Through the Prophet Isaiah, God painstakingly paints for us the indelible marks made in His heart. The indelible marks have made such a profound impact on God that He can never forget the deep love He has for us. During this season of Lent, may God continue to show us just how deep the marks are that Gods love has made in His heart on our behalf. The indelible marks Gods love has for us are so powerful and so profound that God refuses to let anything, or anyone, make him forget the depth of Gods love for us! Prayer: Precious and Loving God, please remind us of the indelible marks your love has made in your heart. Furthermore, please use the transforming power associated with the period of Lent to give us the resolve to let no one or nothing ever cause us to forget the love you have for us. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN. MY, my, my, this WORD has inspired and encouraged me!
