Day 6 of the 30 Day Rock Body Challenge is 75 Bench Leaps. Make sure to land soft! Exercise two is 55 Squats. You can use body weight or our favourite on the Cybex Bravo. If you have not been shown how to do this by a member of staff you are missing out!!!! Exercise three is 2 x 50sec Fast Abs working abs and obliques.
