Day 6 #summersplits Padangusthasana This pose is sometimes called Gorilla pose in non-traditional practices. I actually like that name because it reminds me to hinge from the hips rather than round the spine. Forward bending isnt something that is easy or natural to me and it does aggravate my sciatica if I dont approach the pose in a passive rather than aggressive way. Remember its about the journey ...
