POSITIVE / NEGATIVE: ITS ALL FOR MY GOOD (epistle 2) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. - Romans 8:28 A goodly woman once traded in textiles. Times were hard & business bad. She had taken a loan to buy some garments but one afternoon as she was moving from door to door to sell her commodity IT STARTED RAINING SUDDENLY. By d time she found a secure place to stand, most of her commodity were SOAKED WET! So sad she became & began to question God in her mind. Then a certain known demented old soldier in d town appeared wielding his old gun. He also took shelter where d woman was standing & he said, woman, ure very lucky. Huh? wondered d woman. I hd an urge to shoot & kill someone today. I was standing over there ready to shoot when u were approaching but SUDDENLY IT STARTED RAINING & my gunpowder got wet so I couldnt fire. Jesus! she shouted, threw the basket full of textile away & ran home. *It rained & ruined her market but if it hadnt, what? Not only wud there have been no market, there also wud have been NO LIFE TO LIVE. *Sometimes it gets all wet around us in order to DESTROY certain EVIL SCHEMES concerning us. So when it does, learn to be thankful, bearing in mind that IT ALWAYS ENDS WELL WITH THE RIGHTEOUS. Jesus knows whats best and does it for us... Remember, whether bitter or sweet, its ALL FOR OUR GOOD. Alleluia... #TonicForRighteousLiving (TODAYS DOSE)
