Day 64. Truth. I went upstairs just before 9:00 to take a shower because I was so tired and ready for bed, then I remembered I hadnt done a #handstand yet today. I dragged my butt downstairs and set up my camera, a bit anxious about doing handstands on the slippery, hard, tile floor (that is full of lines!). In my nervousness about the floor, I became very mechanical in my handstand attempts and had poor results. Then out of the corner of my left eye I saw a gray hair sticking out along my hairline, and I thought to myself, how cool is it that Im learning handstand when I have gray hair?! And suddenly the feeling of soaring in my handstand in the produce section of #heb came to me and renewed my confidence. Then I cranked out 3 good handstands, each better than the last.
