Day 67 - Sunday, March 9, 2014 - Cold Start - Dynamix Strengths: This workout is really helping my posture and improving my lower body joints and muscles. Areas of Growth: To continue to be able to hold my plank until the pigeon move exercises. It can be trying when you are on a plank position for about three to four minutes. Meals: Breakfast - Shakeology and a Cliff bar Lunch - Green Salad with Balsamic Vinegarette dressing, Fried Rice, Two sticks of BBQ, Hot Tea Dinner - Fried Rice, One stick of BBQ, water Considering all of the daily activity that occurs in the house, the meals that I eat literally is burned off after the daily routines! =)
