Day 69 of #100daysofmusic - Storage solution Sorry to anyone expecting a Summer of 69 reference but I think weve had enough Bryan for this week. No, today is about storing CDs which may be one of the reasons that they are dying out. Tina is very supportive of my music obsession (apart from the bans on Dire Straits and Midnight Oil obviously) and when it was time for a new wardrobe in the bedroom Tina was kind enough to design a storage area for my CDs on the end. Featuring a folding door and some touch lights (so I can still get some music out to play late at night when she has had an early one) it has space for a few hundred CDs. I like to have them sorted alphabetically and chronologically (some say obsessive, I say practical and necessary for locating selections). I have made a bit of a mess recently grabbing different ones for the #100daysofmusic though. The collection has now outgrown this home. It is now time to review them all, fit what I can into this area and organise the rest in drawers. iTunes is maybe starting to look like the better option ;)
