Day 7 - Done. For todays workout, I focused on legs, glutes and core. Ive been obsessed with those carpet sliders. I just love incorporating them into my workout. Heres the breakdown: ▪️ This is a circuit ▪️ 10 reps each ▪️ 30s for the plank move ▪️ 3 rounds ▪️ Rest 1 min between rounds 1. Squat jump (4x) to sprawl. 2. Sliding lateral lunge touch down to single leg deadlift touch down. 3. Sliding curtsy lunge to oblique crunch. 4. Elevated sliding reverse lunge touch down. 5. Sliding frog (thats what Im calling it) on #bosu. This was a really FUN but tough #legday workout that had me sweating. I literally had to drop the #UGI ball on my third round but I kept pushing through. Whatever it takes to get it done. Right? If you do this workout, let me see.
