Day 7: 30 minute treadmill run (4.3 miles), 3 sets of 20 reps of bicep curls per arm with 10 lb dumbbells, and 5 sets of 15 reps of trunk twists with 12.5 dumbbells. Later that day I went to Taekwondo Practice and trained with the team for 2.5 hours (kicking paddles/technique, interval conditioning by kicking paddles for 3 2-minute rounds, and light contact sparring) Yup!!! Im exhausted!!! hahaha but the endorphins are kicking in :)
