Day #7!! Almost finished with vacation :(! Enjoy the workout! 1 minute each exercise. 1. Backward lunge to knee up then front kick (30 sec each side) 2. Crab tricep dips x5 with legs crossed, then switch sides 3. 4 jump lunges, 2 in and outs 4. Spider-Man push ups 5. Isometric wide squat x20 sec, shoulder width x20 sec, feet together x20 sec 6. Stand, lift one leg up, bend over, walk hands forward, 4 single one legged push ups 7. Single leg squat then stand and reach hands up in air (30 sec each side)
