Day 7, Piraeus, Athens, Greece. The day started off as per normal with my Dad and I donning the now customary shorts, T-shirt and Sandals and we got a Cab up to the small park overlooking Piraeus Harbour where I went through my now familiar Gym/Workout Routine on the free to use equipment with what can only be described as a Truly Glorilus Outlook, not at all like training at The Westcroft Gym in Carshalton. So I/We did 2 circuits of the somewhat delapidated but functional equipment with a very welcome 5 min break in between in the shade of a tree and then too my very welcome reward in a small open air bar again still overlooking the now very hot Mid Morning Harbour, 40 degs +. Once we had finished rewarding ourselves my Auntie phoned and we arranged to meet her in her car to be taken back to hers for Breakfast, Fruit and Toast n Homemade Marmalade. In the evening my Dad and I went across town to Athens to meet up with John and Costas who are both avid Motorcyclists and Theatre Lovers, in fact the 4 of us went for a traditional Greek Meal along with Johns wife Georgia. Then later Costas gave us a lift home to save us getting a cab and that was the end to a very interesting but Physically Tiring Day. Photos and use Update to follow. Adio. Zannyboy.
