Day 71 OPEN YOUR MIND, HEART AND SOUL!!!!! Started my training for our Nov 3 marathon with a 6 mile run today. I also just realized Randy and I are getting closer to finishing another challenge and that in itself is very rewarding. I have heard Randy say to me many times----OPEN YOUR MIND!!!!! I have to say when I stop and do that I am amazed at how much easier I handle the things I might be stressing over. I am working on keeping an OPEN MIND, HEART AND SOUL to all that life has to bring me!!!!! One of the things I am happiest about is that I had an OPEN MIND when Randy called Les and Crystal and said we wanted to take the EVOLV products and change our health. Because of having an OPEN MIND----Evolv is now in my HEART and SOUL!!!!!!
