Day 72-74 @Santa Elena, Costa Rica Couchsurfing 主人 Evan 因工作關係甚少在家，他的同屋兼老友 Poncho 卻有很多時跟我們共處。 工時又疏又短，很多時間享受人生的 Poncho 是典型的麻甩佬，借宿的這幾天跟我們分享了幾道寡佬餐 (comida de hombre solo)。據他解說，這些食物都是 rápido (快)、sencillo (簡)、barato (平) 及 rico (正)，與我們的飲食風格不謀而合。 Poncho 的「寡佬餐」分別有：salchichón con tortilla (類似煎午餐肉配薄餅)、huevos revueltos con arepa a mano (炒蛋配粟自搓粟米薄餅) 及 pasta con jamón y salsa de tomate (茄腿意)。 Day 72-74 @Santa Elena, Costa Rica Our couchsurfing host Evan was seldom at home due to work but we spent a lot of time with his housemate Alfonso a.k.a Poncho, who barely needed to work as its low season. Poncho, single, age not disclosed, shared with us what he called single mans food, characterised by being fast, simple, cheap and delicious. Ponchos single mans food included luncheon meat with pancake, scrambled eggs with maize pancake and pasta with ham in tomato sauce.
